Managed Rental Option:
Apartments purchased in The Mountain Romance Hotel can be rented privately through a managed rental scheme operated from the hotel website and reception. This agreement can be signed on an annual basis for the reception to rent the apartments out on behalf of the buyers. As the residence is operating as a hotel, the ‘Hotel’ will rent out the apartment as a hotel room whenever the buyer’s apartment is available, the buyer agrees a schedule with the reception. For this service, the ‘Hotel’ will charge the owner 20% of the gross rental income. Those wishing to rent apartments in the hotel will be able to reserve online and owners of the apartments will be able to check the status of their apartment and confirm which periods it is occupied. It is estimated that the owners will receive a net income of 8-10% of the property price when taking up this managed rental system.

Property Management:
A first class property management service can be provided which includes management and maintenance of all documentation relating to the apartment, organisation of any maintenance required at the property, payment of expenses relating to the property to third-party suppliers: e.g.: bills for power and water supply, cable TV, Internet subscription, cleaning and the general maintenance of the apartment, organisation of the issue of any categorization papers, licenses and similar required by the law for the short-term or long-term rent of the property, filing and submission to the tax office of the annual tax statement and payment of tax due by the apartment owner for income relating to the rental of the apartment and other reception, key and registration services as required by Bulgarian law.
